Pre-Kindergarten

Somerset Christian School (SCS) is a non-denominational Christian school providing a quality academic program instructing the whole child.

What to Expect

We offer traditional classes for all students, Pre-Kindergarten through twelfth grade. All teachers are state certified and confess Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. Extra-curricular activities include Elementary, Middle and High School Basketball, Cheerleading, Scrabble Team, Spanish Club and Yearbook. Some other benefits include:

PRE-KINDERGARTEN FEE STRUCTURE

Somerset Christian School (SCS) offers three day, four day, or five day Pre-Kindergarten programs from 8:00 am to 11:30 am for children who are four (or five) years old and potty-trained.

Five-Day Programs

$3000 or $250/month for 12 months + $35/student enrollment fee (one-time fee)

Four-Day Programs

$2500 or $208.25/month for 12 months + $35/student enrollment fee (one-time fee)

Three-Day Programs

$2000 or $166.75/month for 12 months + $35/student enrollment fee (one-time fee)

ADDITIONAL PRE-K INFORMATION

  • Tuition is due the fifth day of the month, starting July 2022. Monthly payments will be accepted on a twelve-month plan. If payment is not received by the 10th, a $25 late fee is assessed. We accept check, cash and credit card. (Cred card users are charged a 3% processing fee.)

  • The first months' tuition is due July 1, 2022. If you choose to pay your full tuition in advance, you will receive the following discounts: Paid in Full by July 1 - 5% off

  • If your child is in the three-day program, s/he may come in an extra day to make up for a day they are absent. Arrangements need to be made in advance and will only be permitted if there is availability. There is no daily rate for Pre-Kindergarten; if you miss a day, your tuition will not be adjusted.

  • Pre-K parents are required to complete 10 parent hours per school year. These parent hours help provide staffing at fundraising events, which in turn helps to offset the costs that tuition does not cover.
